Sky Team 17 Weather Report

Just wanted to show you guys what it looks like here where we live. We are in the Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virgina. This is actually from our front yard and we feel very fortunate to live here. Haven't had much snow here this year, only missed one day of school so far. By this time last year we had missed about 20 days of school. But we had such a short summer. Looking forward to a longer summer this year, but another snow day would be nice.

It has been a busy week this week for us. Couple of basketball games, pictures for the team, a few trips to the grocery store, working on my car, and homework. Also, had no gym to use today because of the district wrestling tournament being held at our school. Not fun. I am glad tomorrow is Friday!!

This is the newest member of our family. Her name is Francesca and she is a Yorkie. Our kids named her after "Francesco" from the Cars 2 movie. We tried every name and everything we could think of to change it but they were not willing to do it. I have learned a valuable lesson from our experiences with our new dog. Never say to your kids that we are going to "just look" at the puppies.

Here are some pictures of my family. Someone wasn't very excited to have his picture taken, this was the best one out of all the ones we took. My wife is out of town for the weekend so, hopefully I will be able to continue with this assignment. Just kidding, but seriously wish me luck!

My kids say the craziest things!

My wife and I have three kids ages 10, 6 and 4. Their names are Noah, Carmen and Caleb. There is always something crazy going on at our house. For example, our youngest said to me today, "I'm strong because I ate a carrot". I looked at him and said. "You are right, buddy!". He then said, "I'm going to be stronger than you Daddy! And I said, "I know you will."
